BEVERLY, Mass. - After leading the Endicott women's soccer team offensively during a 2-0 week, junior Catherine Elkas (Holden, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive Player of the Week as was announced by the league office.

The forward registered three points on the week, all coming in the team's 3-1 win over cross-town and conference rival Gordon. Elkas assisted on Gabriella Prisco's (West Haven, Conn.) game-winner while also scoring her second of the year to help lift Endicott to a 4-1-1 record in CCC play. For the season, Elkas now has two goals and three assists in conference play. This is the junior's first CCC Offensive Player of the Week honor.

Elkas and the women play tonight at North Shore rival Salem St. at 7:00 PM and return to the Nest to host the University of New England on Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
