CCC ATHLETE OF THE WEEK RELEASE

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - After Endicott went 2-0 last week that saw the Gulls pull out a 3-2 double-overtime victory over Babson, and post a 3-0 win over Western New England, Rachel Hanna (Chelmsford, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive Player of the week.

For the week, the senior scored two goals and posted three assists for seven points. Hanna scored both of her goals in the team's 3-2 double-overtime win over Babson, including the game-winner with 1:03 remaining in play, while also assisting on the other goal that Endicott scored. Hanna then finished the week with a two-assist performance in the team's 3-0 win over Western New England, a team that was previously undefeated in CCC play. The two-goal match was her second multi-goal performance of the season, coming on the heels of her hat trick against Eastern Nazarene, while the multi-assist performance was the first of her career. This is her second Offensive Player of the Week selection as the forward also earned the distinction on September 18.

Hanna and the Gulls are off for the majority of the week until they return to play on Saturday when Endicott welcomes cross-town rival Gordon at 1:00 p.m.
