SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Endicott College senior forward
Colleen Pepin (Fairhaven, Mass.) has been named the Commonwealth
Coast Conference (CCC) women’s soccer Offensive Player of the
Week, announced Tuesday by the conference office. Pepin helped the
Gulls to a 1-1 week with a 6-0 triumph over Wentworth before a 1-0
defeat at University of New England.
The senior co-captain enjoyed a solid week as she posted seven
points over two games. Pepin celebrated Senior Day at Endicott with
her first hat trick of the year in the 6-0 victory over league
opponent Wentworth. She tallied the hat trick before the halftime
whistle and chipped in an assist on the fourth goal of the game for
the Gulls.
Pepin leads the Gulls with 15 goals on the season to go with 3
assists for 33 points. She has helped the team to a 10-7 record,
with a 6-3 mark in the CCC which has earned them a spot in the
conference tournament.
The Gulls, who are expected to host a quarterfinal game in the
first round of the tournament, await the release of the brackets
later this week.
