BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott club women's rugby student-athletes Nicole McCardle (Castleton, Vt.) and Amanda Wisbeck (Hong Kong, China) represented the Gulls well in the Los Angeles Invitational as members of the National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) 7s Select Side from February 26-29.
McCardle and Wisbeck aided the NSCRO 7s Select Side in placing third overall with wins against Utah State (42-21), Colorado (40-0), New Mexico State (54-0), and Kutztown (77-0, third place match).
Individually, McCardle scored two tries, while Wisbeck's overall outstanding play stood out for the squad.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott will host its portion of the NEC7C's Tournament on Saturday, March 14, starting at 10 AM.
