Meghan MacLaughlin
Title: Goalie Coach

Meghan MacLaughlin enters her fourth season with the Endicott women's lacrosse coaching staff during the 2020-21 season.

She has coached extensively at all levels of women’s lacrosse, most recently as the Head Coach at Pingree School and with Revolution Lacrosse.

MacLaughlin was a High School All-American goalkeeper and played Division I lacrosse at the University of Richmond where she is a current record holder for most saves in a game (1994). 

She founded Gloucester High School’s Varsity program, as well as the girls’ program for Cape Ann Youth Lacrosse. She is also a volunteer coach with Cape Ann Adaptive Lacrosse Program.

Through her work in the sport over the years, Meghan has worked with goalkeepers at all levels of the game and has coached many onto high-level collegiate lacrosse.
