Endicott Falls, 15-5, To No. 11 Colby

WATERVILLE, Maine. — The Endicott women's lacrosse team traveled to No. 11 nationally ranked Colby College on Tuesday evening and the Gulls were handed a 15-5 loss.

Colby struck first early in the contest but Endicott responded well with tallies from Meghan Dutchyshyn (Cheshire, Conn.) and Jackie Healy (Northborough, Mass.) to take the 2-1 advantage. 

The Mules went on to score nine unanswered goals to gain a 10-2 lead at the half. 

Endicott netted three more goals in the second half from Healy, Dutchyshyn, and Maya Feigenbaum (West Hartford, Conn.) but Colby ultimately went on to secure the 15-5 win.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Bella Rino (Northborough, Mass.) got the start in net for the Gulls and shifted to 6-4 on the season with the loss.

Endicott (7-4) travels to Wentworth for a 2 PM CCC contest on Saturday, April 6. Colby (7-2) hosts Middlebury on Saturday, April 6 at 12 PM.
