BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott women's lacrosse team is gearing up for the start of the 2019 season which starts on Tuesday, March 5.
The Gulls compiled an overall record of 14-4 in 2018 and a perfect 8-0 mark in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play. Endicott went on to capture its second consecutive CCC Championship title and make a first-round appearance in the NCAA Divison III Women's Lacrosse Tournament.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Gulls will face three opponents currently ranked in the IWLCA Coaches Poll (No. 11 Tufts, No. 13 Bowdoin, No. 19 Colby).
- Endicott will be looking to capture its third consecutive and twelfth overall CCC title this season.
- The Gulls have made 11 NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Tournament appearances in program history.
- Endicott finished the 2018 season nationally ranked in several categories including: ninth in save percentage (.553), 19th in scoring margin (7.67), 25th in win percentage (.778), and 26th in points per game (21.83) and scoring defense (7.56).
- Goaltender Bella Rino (Northborough, Mass.) currently ranks fourth in program history in wins with 24. She has a chance to move up in the rankings as third place is 27 wins and second place is 30 wins.

The Gulls start the 2019 season on Tuesday, March 5 with a 7 PM game at Williams.
