No. 10 Women's Ice Hockey Blanks Curry, 7-0

CANTON, Mass. — The No. 10 nationally ranked Endicott women's ice hockey team shut out Curry, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon in conference action at the Canton Ice House. 

Courtney Sullivan (North Yarmouth, Maine) scored twice, while Jess Burwell (Hooksett, N.H.)Quin Healy (Melrose, Mass.)Kat Keith (Westwood, Mass.)Kaylee Liberty (Arlington Heights, Ill.), and Jacy Kuhlman (Severna Park, Md.) also potted goals in the contest. 

Meanwhile, Bailey Thieben (North Syracuse, N.Y.) stopped 19 shots in the victory for the Gulls (7-1-0 overall | 13-1-0 career | eighth career shutout).

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE 

  • Endicott is undefeated in the all-time series against Curry (3-0-0). 
  • The Gulls are 7-2-0 away from The Nest this season. 
  • Burwell netted her first collegiate goal.
