CHC WOMEN'S HOCKEY WEEKLY AWARDS RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey student-athletes Alyssa Peterson (Cranberry Township, Pa.) and Madison Hentosh (Peabody, Mass.) have been named the Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) Goaltender of the Week and Rookie of the Week respectively.

Peterson made 39 saves en route to Endicott's 3-0 win over a strong Williams College opponent on Tuesday, November 26. Her 39 saves rank sixth all-time in Gulls' history for most saves in a single game. 16 of her saves came in the final frame as the Endicott defense stymied the Ephs. The senior netminder also registered her first career point as she on the Gulls' third goal of the game.

Meanwhile, Hentosh recorded her second assist of the season in the 3-0 victory over Williams. The first-year defender finished with a +1 rating in the contest and also helped shut down a potent Ephs offense.
