BEVERLY, Mass. — The Colonial Hockey Conference office announced its preseason coaches poll on Wednesday and the reigning CHC Champion Endicott women's hockey team earned the top spot.
The Gulls were regular season champions during the 2018-19 season, behind a 19-5-4 overall record with a 9-2-1 mark in conference. Endicott captured its first-ever CHC Championship and made its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance. In the CHC championship, the Gulls defeated Morrisville St. 1-0 in overtime. In NCAA play Endicott fell 3-2 in a tough overtime contest to eventual national champion Plattsburgh St.
The Gulls open their season at home on Saturday, November 2 vs Southern Maine at 3 PM.
