BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's ice hockey team traveled to Morrisville State College on Friday evening for a crucial Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) matchup and came away with a close 1-0 victory.

Neither team was able to find the back of the net in the first period despite several great scoring opportunities.

Endicott's Lexi Klein (Shoreview, Minn.) netted her eighth goal of the season and the eventual game-winner at the 7:26 mark of the second period to give the Gulls a 1-0 advantage.

Morrisville continued to battle in the third frame but Vendela Jonsson (Linkoping, Sweden) and the Endicott defense stopped all of the Mustangs' chances to secure the 1-0 win.
