Jones, Sullivan Earn CHC Weekly Honors

CHC WEEKLY AWARD RELEASE

BEVERLY, MA. – The Endicott women's ice hockey team saw two student-athletes earn Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) weekly honors, as announced by the conference on Monday afternoon. Ashlie Jones (Billerica, Mass.) was tabbed as Player of the Week, while Courtney Sullivan (North Yarmouth, Maine) was named Rookie of the Week. 

Jones netted two goals and an assist as the Gulls went 1-0-1 on the week. She recorded the game-tying goal during a 2-2 tie against No. 4/4 Norwich on January 14 and then tallied a goal and assist during a 4-1 victory over Trinity on January 18. 

Sullivan earned her third Rookie of the Week honor after a three-point week for the Gulls. She notched an assist on Jones' game-tying goal against No. 4/4 Norwich and added a goal and assist in the 4-1 win over Trinity. 

WHAT'S NEXT

The Gulls (9-3-4) host Castleton University (4-11-2) for a 7 PM non-conference matchup on Tuesday, January 22.
