Meier Named CHC Player of the Week

CHC WEEKLY AWARD RELEASE

BEVERLY, MA. – Endicott women's ice hockey student-athlete Jade Meier (Fairbanks, Alaska) was named Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday. 

Meier netted a hat-trick during a 6-2 victory over SUNY Canton on Saturday, Feb. 3. Her three goals all came during the second period of the game and she is just the third student-athlete in program history to record a hat-trick during a contest. Meier also added an assist on the game-winning goal during the Gulls' 2-1 win over SUNY Canton on Friday, Feb. 2. 

The sophomore forward now has 23 points throughout the season on 10 goals and 13 assists. 

WHAT'S NEXT

The Gulls host Morrisville State on Friday, Feb. 9 for a 7 p.m. conference matchup.
