BEVERLY, MA. – Endicott women's ice hockey student-athlete Vendela Jonsson (Linkoping, Sweeden) earned her first Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) weekly award of the season, as she was named Co-Goaltender of the Week by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Jonsson was a wall for the Gulls on Saturday, Oct. 28, recording a 24 save shutout as Endicott opened its season with a 3-0 victory over Southern Maine in Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
WHAT'S NEXT: The Gulls start conference play on Wednesday, Nov. 1 with a home contest against Salem State at 7 p.m.
