Women’s Ice Hockey Earns No. 2 Seed In Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) Tournament

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's ice hockey team has earned the No. 2 seed and an automatic bye into the semifinal round of the upcoming Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) Tournament after posting an 11-1-2 record in league play this season.

Endicott will travel to Stevenson University (13-0-1) on March 5 to play the highest remaining seed left in the tournament after the conclusion of the quarterfinal round. The matchups in the quarterfinal round include No. 3 Morrisville State (9-3-2) vs. No. 6 Johnson & Wales (4-10-0), and No. 4 SUNY Canton (7-6-1) vs. No. 5 Becker (5-9-0).

With its 13-0-1 record, Stevenson University claimed the conference's inaugural regular season title, an automatic bye into the semifinal round, and, most importantly, the right to host the semifinal and final rounds at home. The Mustangs will play the lowest remaining seed from the quarterfinal round in the semis on March 5.
