BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's ice hockey team and Stevenson University played to a 0-0 (OT) tie on Saturday evening at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
The Gulls move to 6-1-1 overall and 4-1-1 in Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) play with the tie, while the Mustangs slide to 7-0-1 (5-0-1 CHC).
Endicott freshman goaltender Vendela Jonsson (Linkoping, Sweden) stopped 20 shots – including a breakaway attempt by Stevenson sophomore center Chelsea Blackburn (Westland, Mich.) late in the second period – to secure her fifth shutout this season. Jonsson notched five saves in the first, a period-high nine in the second and six more over the remainder of the contest.
Mustangs' senior netminder Sarah Modzelewski (Brighton, Mich.) collected a season-high 35 saves (15-1st, 5-2nd, 13-3, 2-OT) in the tie. Modzelewski also earned her second shutout this year and the fifth of her collegiate career.

- Freshman Ellen Carter (Roseville, Minn.) led the Gulls in shots with eight total.
- Classmate Meredith Vlachos (East Bridgewater, Mass.) tied for the game-high in face-off wins with 11.
FOR THE FOES
- The Mustangs have not allowed a power play goal in their eight games played this season.
- Stevenson held Endicott to a 0-for-4 showing with the man-advantage in today's matchup.
