Olivia Duncan '22 enters her second season as an assistant coach with the Endicott women's basketball program in 2023-24.
Duncan was a four-year member of the Endicott women's basketball program from 2018-22.
During that span, the Gulls produced a 57-36 overall record and 37-13 conference mark. Endicott captured the program's first-ever conference championship in 2019-20 (19-11/12-4) and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament after defeating No. 12/12 nationally ranked Scranton, 65-56, in the first round. The win marked the program's first-ever victory over a nationally ranked opponent.
Individually, Duncan played in 73 games (42 starts) and averaged 4.1 points per game, 5.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.0 steals as a guard.
Duncan also was a four-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Academic All-Conference honoree.
Duncan graduated from Endicott in 2022 with her Bachelor of Science in biology/biotechnology.
