Title: Assistant Coach

Nicki Wurdeman completed her third season as an assistant coach for the Endicott women's basketball program in 2018-19.

Wurdeman, a 2012 graduate of Babson College with a B.S. in Business Management-Marketing, comes to Endicott after spending the past four seasons as a volunteer assistant coach for her alma mater Beavers.

Wurdeman enjoyed a very decorated career as a four-year member of the Beavers' women's basketball program in which she was a four-time All-NEWMAC First-Team selection and a three-time All-America honoree.

Wurdeman, who was selected as the NEWMAC Player of the Year in each of her final three years and garnered all-region recognition in four straight seasons, graduated as the program’s all-time leading scorer with 2,042 points. She also ranks fifth all-time with 1,017 rebounds and is one of just four players in school history to surpass 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds.

The Beavers enjoyed unparalleled success during Wurdeman’s career, winning four straight NEWMAC Tournament titles and reaching the NCAA  Tournament in four consecutive seasons while posting an overall record of 104-17. Babson went unbeaten in conference play from 2009-12 and reached the NCAA Division III Sectional Final in 2010 and again in 2011, when they finished 30-1.

Wurdeman currently works for Franklin American Mortgage in Middleton, Mass. and resides in Medford, Mass.
