2018-19 Women's Basketball Season Preview

BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott women's basketball team is gearing up for the 2018-19 season which starts on Sunday, November 11. 

Last season the Gulls compiled an overall record of 17-10 and a conference mark of 14-4. Endicott advanced to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) semifinal round where they were defeated 58-50 by Roger Williams. 

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

  • The Gulls have appeared in the CCC semifinals in five of the last six seasons. 
  • Endicott was picked to finish fourth in the CCC Preseason Poll. 
  • The Gulls return one 2017-18 All-CCC selection in Emily Pratt (Gardner, Mass.) who was named to the Second Team. 
  • Also returning for the Gulls are seniors Catie Lipscomb (West Springfield), Emma Tierney (Wolfeboro, N.H.), juniors Mikaela Rogers (Haverhill, Mass.), Kaleigh Putnam (Wallingford, Conn.), and sophomores Shannon Gilbert (Easton, Conn.), Jackie Pariseau (Millbury, Mass.), and Olivia Valente (Saugus, Mass.).
  • Endicott added seven new faces to the team.

WHAT'S NEXT

The Gulls start the 2018-19 season on Sunday, November 11 when they host MIT at 1 PM.
