Emily Pratt Earns CCC Rookie of the Week Honors

CCC ATHLETES OF THE WEEK FOR THE WEEK OF JAN. 9  - JAN. 15

SPRINGFIELD, Mass.— Freshman guard Emily Pratt (Gardner, Mass.) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week for her performance on the court during the week of Jan. 9 - Jan. 15, as announced today by the conference office.

Pratt scored a career-high 17 points with a career-high four three-pointers against Nichols on Saturday as the Gulls earned two come-from-behind victories this week in conference play.

In all, Pratt tallied 27 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, two steals, and two blocks in the two games combined and has scored in double digits in six games this season (second straight game).

The Gulls (7-8, 6-2 CCC) are back in action tonight on the road in Bristol, R.I. as they take on conference leader Roger Williams (10-4, 8-0 CCC) at 5:30 p.m.
