Kelsey Cuddy Named To D3Hoops.com All-Northeast Region Fourth Team

D3HOOPS.COM WOMEN'S BASKETBALL ALL-NORTHEAST REGION 

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott women's basketball senior guard Kelsey Cuddy (Madison, Conn.) has been named to the D3Hoops.com 2016 Women's Basketball All-Northeast Region Fourth Team, as announced today. 

Cuddy was one of five Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) representatives and became the first Endicott women's basketball player to earn an All-Region nod since Ashley Wright picked up three awards during the 2010-11 season.

This season, the All-CCC First Team member set career-highs in nearly every category: field goals made (174), field goal percentage (39.5 percent), three-pointers made (34), three-point percentage (29.6) percent, free throws made (92), free throw percentage (74.2 percent), points scored (474), points per game (20.1), rebounds (188), rebounds per game (6.5), assists (85), assists per game (2.9), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.1), steals (92), blocks (57), and blocks per game (2.0).

Cuddy became the 11th student-athlete in program history to reach the 1,000 point milestone (01/09/16), and set a new career-high with 28 points in the team's 77-62 win at Curry on 01/05/16. In 29 games played, she had 11 games this season with 20+ points and 25 games in double figures to move to sixth all-time on the program's scoring leaders list at 1,267 career points. 

In addition, Cuddy closed out her career ranking second all-time in career blocks (166) and career steals (280).

The Gulls finished the season at 17-12 overall and made appearances in both the CCC Semifinals and the Eastern College Athletic Association (ECAC) Division III New England Semifinals.
