David Bettencourt enters his eighth season with the Endicott softball coaching staff in 2024-25.

He brings over 20 years of coaching experience from various institutions and organizations such as Assumption College, UMass- Amherst, Boston College, University of New Hampshire, University of Massachusetts, and many others.

Most recently, Bettencourt was an assistant softball coach at Assumption from August 2015-May 2017.
