Men’s Cross Country Finishes 33rd Overall At NCAA New England Regionals

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Endicott men's cross country team placed 33rd overall out of 54 teams on Saturday afternoon at the NCAA Division III New England Regional Championship, hosted by Bowdoin College.

Jack McGuire (Hopkinton, Mass.) was the Gulls' top finisher as the senior ranked 173rd overall on the 8-kilometer course with a time of 27:54.1.

Zachary Heffernan (Biddeford, Maine) followed in 199th place (28:15.0), while Adam Germaine (Guilford, Conn.), Marcus Poccia (West Greenwich, R.I.), and Will Connelly (Barrington, R.I.) rounded out the top-5 in 212th (28:27.4), 220th (28:35.9), and 234th (28:48.3), respectively.

NOTES

  • The Gulls improved six spots in the team rankings this season in comparison to their performance in last year's NCAA Regionals meet.
