"The men gave everything they had today," said Endicott men's cross country coach Spencer Lange. "They paved the way for the future of this young team. With five of the six we had at regionals returning next year, they're excited for what these experiences can help them achieve going forward. Sam and Zack both ran personal bests to step up and help the team when it counted."
