MIT Tops No. 11 Men’s Volleyball, 3-1

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 11 nationally ranked Endicott men's volleyball team fell to MIT, 3-1, by scores of 25-19, 25-16, 19-25, and 25-19 on Wednesday night at the Rockwell Cage.

Bryn Lipton (Rockford, Ill.) led Endicott offensively with 16 kills (.257) to go along with one service ace and seven digs.

Meanwhile, Donovan Dey (Fairport, N.Y.) posted 15 kills (.321), Erich Roman (Glastonbury, Conn.) had nine kills, and Jeremy Doski (Sandy Hook, Conn.) notched 33 assists – in addition to 15 digs – to highlight the rest of the offense.

Ryan Healy (Fair Lawn, N.J.) also contributed 11 digs and six assists in the loss.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • MIT improved to 6-4 at home this season with tonight's win.
  • The Engineers are 4-1 in their last five matches.
  • MIT also moved its record up to 18-15 in the all-time series against Endicott.

WHAT'S NEXT

No. 11 Endicott (21-6) hosts Eastern Nazarene on Thursday, April 4 at 6 PM. MIT (21-8) takes on Dean College this Saturday (4/6) at 2 PM.
