No. 7 Men’s Volleyball Turns Aside Westcliff, 3-1

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – The No. 7 nationally ranked Endicott men's volleyball team claimed a 3-1 win (25-17, 25-21, 22-25, 25-14) over Westcliff University on Wednesday night.

Bryn Lipton (Rockford, Ill.) and Donovan Dey (Fairport, N.Y.) led the Gulls on offense with 11 and 10 kills, respectively.

Meanwhile, Jay McGhee (Signal Hill, Calif.) registered eight kills on 11 swings (.636) and Jeremy Doski (Sandy Hook, Conn.) dished out 31 assists to aid the Gulls' attack to 41 kills and a .350 hitting percentage.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Tonight's match was the first-ever meeting between Endicott and Westcliff.
  • Endicott extended its winning streak to six straight matches.
  • The Gulls are 6-2 in neutral site contests (tonight's match was played at Cal Lutheran).

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (17-3) hosts Dean College and Lesley University on Saturday, March 23 at 11 AM and 3 PM, respectively.
