No. 12 Men’s Volleyball Blanks Dean, 3-0

FRANKLIN, Mass. – The No. 12 nationally ranked Endicott men's volleyball team defeated Dean College, 3-0, by scores of 25-16, 25-13, and 25-6 in conference action on Wednesday night.

Tim Fieseler (Bridgewater, N.J.) guided Endicott offensively with a match-high seven kills to go along with two assists, a pair of service aces, four digs, and one solo block.

The Gulls also saw Matt Bozek (Exeter, N.H.) notch five kills, while Justin Kegebein (Liverpool, N.Y.), Donovan Dey (Fairport, N.Y.), and Jay McGhee (Signal Hill, Calif.) hammered home four, respectively.

Meanwhile, Devin Racey (Voorheesville, N.Y.) ran the offense behind a season-high (tied) 16 assists.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Bozek and Kegebein both recorded a career-high eight digs in the match.
  • Endicott is 3-0 all-time against Dean.
  • The Gulls are ranked No. 12 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-15 national poll.

WHAT'S NEXT

No. 12 Endicott (12-3, 5-0 NECC) takes on Nichols and Newbury in a tri-match on Saturday, March 9 at 1 PM and 3 PM, respectively. Saturday's tri-match will be played at Hellenic College in Brookline, Massachusetts. Dean (1-12, 0-4 NECC) visits Southern Vermont on Friday, March 8 at 7 PM.
