Men’s Volleyball Jumps Up Three Spots In AVCA National Rankings

AVCA NATIONAL POLL RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. – After going 1-2 overall against three nationally ranked programs last week, the Endicott men's volleyball team moved up to No. 11 on the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Top-15 Coaches' Poll. It was announced by the organization earlier today.

Last weekend at the Clash at Kean, the Gulls fell to No. 7 Stevenson, 3-2, despite holding a 2-0 lead in the match, and also dropped a 3-1 decision to No. 2 Stevens before bouncing back against No. 4 Kean with a 3-2 comeback victory.

The strong weekend for Endicott, which included three tightly contested matches, culminated in the Gulls receiving 129 points from the pool of AVCA voters and ultimately a three-spot improvement in the rankings as compared to last week (No. 14).
