Endicott Returns To No. 14 In Latest AVCA Poll

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men's volleyball team has been ranked No. 14 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCAA Division III Poll, as announced by the organization earlier today. This is the third week in a row the men's volleyball team has been nationally ranked (No. 14, week of 3/27, No. 15 week of 4/3). 

The Gulls are 22-3 overall and 12-0 in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) play. Their three losses this season have come against nationally ranked opponents Wentworth (L, 3-2), Springfield (L, 3-1) and Cal Lutheran (L, 3-0). Endicott secured a 3-0 victory over MIT, who received two votes in this week's AVCA Poll. The Engineers have also been nationally ranked multiple times this season.

  • No. 1 assists per set (12.62)
  • No. 1 kills per set (13.68)
  • No. 1 opponent hitting percentage (0.093)
  • No. 2 hitting percentage (0.348)
  • No. 4 match W-L percentage (0.880)
  • No. 4 aces per set (2.38)

WHAT'S NEXT

No. 14 Endicott (22-3, 12-0 NECC) will host Newbury College (5-17) on Thursday, April 12 at 7 PM for the NECC Semifinals.
