Men’s Volleyball Sweeps Wilkes & St. John Fisher To Cap Perfect Weekend

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Endicott men's volleyball team downed Wilkes University (3-0) and St. John Fisher (3-0) on Saturday evening to remain undefeated on the season (3-0). 

ENDICOTT 3, WILKES 0 (25-9, 25-19, 25-20) 

Bryn Lipton (Rockford, Ill.) posted 10 kills and also added three solo blocks and two assisted blocks to highlight the Gulls in their first match of the day. Troy Riorden (Fairport, N.Y.) and Gabe Felicetti (Charlestown, R.I.) chipped in with seven kills each, while Tim Fieseler (Bridgewater, N.J.) compiled six kills, one assisted block and a dig. 

Meanwhile, the trio of Adam Dake (Victor, N.Y.), Devin Racey (Voorheesville, N.Y.), and Chad Riorden (Fairport, N.Y.) facilitated the attack with 14, 15, and 14 assists, respectively. 

ENDICOTT 3, ST. JOHN FISHER 0 (25-23, 25-18, 25-15) 

T. Riorden guided the Gulls with his first double-double of the season on 10 kills and 11 digs. 

Jeremy Doski (Sandy Hook, Conn.) also factored into the win with seven kills on 11 swings (.545 hitting percentage), while Donovan Dey (Fairport, N.Y.) hammered home nine kills on 19 swings (.368).Other offensive highlights for Endicott included Dake's match-high 15 assists and six kills from Seth Braquet (Destrehan, La.)

Defensively, Ryan Healy (Fair Lawn, N.J.) produced 10 digs and went 12-for-12 on serve-receive. Lipton also went a perfect 17-for-17 on serve-receive, while T. Riorden was 20-for-20. 

Lastly, Endicott's win against St. John Fisher featured 18 ties and seven lead changes. 

WHAT'S NEXT 

Endicott (3-0) will play Baruch (4 PM) and Hunter (6 PM) on Friday, January 26 and Mt. St. Vincent (9:30 AM) on Saturday, January 27 on the campus of Johnson & Wales University.
