BEVERLY, MA - Endicott men's volleyball was able to get back on the winning track when they beat NECVA opponent Lasell College today in straight sets 3-0 (30-17, 30-22, 30-17). This win brings the Gulls to a record of 11-13 (5-5 NECVA) on the season. The Lasers drop to 8-15 on the season with the loss.
Jeremy Hamel (Industry, ME/Mount Blue) had a busy afternoon setting up the Endicott attack with 32 assists. Clay Ostrander (Wheaton, IL/Wheaton-Warrenville), Mike Coflesky (Royalston, MA/Athol) and Eric Hunter (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem) were on the receiving end of many of those Hamel assists. Ostrander led the Gulls with 12 kills while Coflesky and Hunter both had 10. Dan Coleman (Millis, MA/Millis) led the Endicott defense with 14 digs.
The Gulls are back in action on Thursday March 16, 2006 when they play host to NECVA opponent MIT at 7:00pm.
