BEVERLY, MA - In the 3:00 round of games in the Endicott March Mania Tournament saw four teams finish up their pool play.

Hunter College played their second game of the afternoon and lost 3-0 (30-25, 30-17, 31-29) to Medaille College. Coming up big for Hunter with 13 digs and nine kills was Lukas Lyszak (Tychy, Poland) while Alex Trost (Brooklyn, NY) chipped in seven kills and Jozef Dubroka (Glendale, NY) served up 26 assists.

Joe Tilert (Angola, NY) led the way for Medaille College with 30 assists. Sean Johnson (Frewsburg, NY) had 10 kills while Erik Hartman (Hamburg, NY) had three. Todd Setter (Clarence, NY) led Medaille with 10 digs.

MIT played their first game of the day against Villa Julie College and won by a score of 3-0 (30-18, 30-21, 30-13). Ryan Dean (Valencia, CA) led in the assist category with 32 while Scott Pollom (Indianapolis, IN) led MIT with nine kills. Matthew Ng led MIT defensively with seven digs.

Villa Julie College was led once again by Mike Simon (Forest Hill, MD) who was both the leader in kills and digs with nine and six respectively. Also playing well for Villa Julie was Zach Bryant (Baltimore, MD) who had 18 assists.

Wentworth in their second game of the day came up short losing to Ramapo College by a score (30-17, 30-17, 30-25). Wentworth was led by Justin Kalinkewicz (Scotia, NY) who had nine kills and digs. Leading the team in kills was Dominik Szpyrka (Rochester, NY) who had 13.

Ramapo in their first game of the afternoon was led by Jairo Sierra (Fair Lawn, NJ) who had 22 assists while Nick Kalbach (Old Bridge, NJ) had 10 kills and J Steinhauer (West Windsor, NJ) led Ramapo defensively with 11 digs.

Johnson and Wales University opened up their afternoon with a 3-0 win (30-26, 30-23, 20-30, 30-25) over MSOE. Albert Trevino (San Antonio, TX) set up the JWU attack handing out 36 assists while Ben Davies (Worcester, MA) added a team high 17 kills and Hapaki Kaululaau (Laie, HI) chipped in 10 kills.

MSOE got 19 kills from Mike Mocchi (Wheeling, IL) and 14 kills from Dan Goray (Addison, IL). Kevin House (Plainfield, IL) led MSOE assists and Ron Covert (Homewood, IL) led the defense with 14 digs.
