Evan Couchot Named To United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-America Third Team

UNITED SOCCER COACHES DIVISION III ALL-AMERICAN RELEASE | ENDICOTT MEN'S SOCCER ALL-AMERICAN HISTORY

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's soccer student-athlete Evan Couchot (Mason, Ohio) was named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-America Third Team, as announced by the organization yesterday.

With the announcement of yesterday's United Soccer Coaches All-America teams, Couchot has now claimed seven postseason awards in 2019. The senior forward also became the second men's soccer student-athlete to receive All-America honors following Carter Ocko (Danvers, Mass.) who was named to the All-America Third Team in 2015. Both of these have come under head coach Joe Calabrese

This past season, the senior forward had a historic year for the Gulls, setting single-season records for points (50), points per game (2.63), goals (23), goals per game (1.21), and made penalty kicks (8). In addition to his single-season records, Couchot finished his Endicott career as the all-time leader in points (133), points per game (1.80), goals (60), goals per game (0.81), and game-winning goals (14).

Nationally, Couchot ranked third in goals per game (1.21), third in points per game (2.63), fourth in goals (23), and sixth in total points (50).
