2019 Endicott Men's Soccer Season Preview

BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott men's soccer team opens up its 2019 season this Friday at Hempstead Stadium against No. 19 nationally ranked Saint Joseph's (Me.). Here's a preview of the upcoming season.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

  • Endicott will face three opponents this season who will start the year United Soccer Coaches preseason top 25.
  • Over the last five seasons, the Gulls are 25-8-6 on the road. 
  • Head Coach Joe Calabrese enters year nine with the program. During his tenure, the team has an overall winning percentage of .608 which includes an impressive .711 clip in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play. 
  • Endicott returns last year's leading point scorer Evan Couchot (Mason, Ohio). The All-CCC First Team selection had 31 points overall last season and led the CCC in goals (10) and total points (20). 
  • The Gulls have qualified as the #1 seed in the CCC tournament for the last four seasons.
