CORVIAS ECAC MEN'S SOCCER PLAYERS OF THE WEEK (ENDING OCTOBER 4)
DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced the Corvias ECAC Men's Soccer Players of the Week for the week ending October 4, and Endicott's Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) has been named DIII New England Region Offensive Player of the Week.
Slobotzky recorded just the second hat trick in program history and gave the Gulls all the offense they needed in a 3-0 victory over regional rival UMass-Dartmouth. Slobotzky found the back of the net three times in the second half as Endicott won its sixth straight match, all by shutout. The streak that has since grown to eight, thanks to 3-0 and 1-0 victories over Eastern Nazarene and Salem St., respectively.
