Nick Iavicoli enters his first season as an assistant coach with the men’s rugby program in 2018-2019. 

During his time as a member of the men’s rugby team, Iavicoli helped lead the Gulls to a 48-15 record, its first-ever CCRC 7s Championship (2017) and the Division II Plate Championship at the 2017 USA Rugby College 7’s National Championships. He also was a part of the 2018 Northeast Men's 15s All-Star Team where he guided the squad to the championship match against the Pacific Men's 15s All-Star Team. Overall, Iavicoli and the Northeast Men's 15s All-Star Team went 3-1 at the tournament. 

Iavicoli graduated from Endicott in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Homeland Security Studies at Endicott's Van Loan School.
