BEVERLY, Mass. – The No. 4 nationally ranked Endicott club men's rugby team avenged last year's title game loss to Salve Regina University by defeating the No. 1 nationally ranked Seahawks, 45-12, on Saturday in the 2018 Colonial Coast Rugby Conference (CCRC) Championship at Pines Banks Park.

"We were deadlocked at 5-5 at the half and then we exploded for 40 points in the second half to win 45-12," said Endicott club men's rugby coach Dave Kenkel. "We had a great showing of alumni and fans! A truly great day for EC Rugby! For his tremendous leadership and being all over the pitch, the Man of the Match was Bryan Palmatier (Needham, Mass)."

Endicott (8-0) will play in the NSCRO Regionals on Sunday, November 11th at 11:00 am against Eastern Connecticut State University.
