Barker and Fernandez Collect CCC Weekly Awards

CCC RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — Two members of the Endicott men's lacrosse team have earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) weekly awards, as announced by the league office on Monday.

Thomas Barker (Needham, Mass.) and Cam Fernandez (Mendham, N.J.) collected Specialist of the Week and Offensive Player of the Week honors, respectively.

THOMAS BARKER

Barker went 71% at the center "X" this week for Endicott in a 2-0 week going 29-41. The junior added 23 ground balls as well.
 
In the Gulls 21-6 win over Gordon, the Needham, Mass. native set a new season-high with 83% in face-off percentage going 15-18.
 
Then against Hartford, Barker went 14-23 in face-offs with nine ground balls.

This is his 12th career CCC Specialist of the Week award.

CAM FERNANDEZ

Fernandez headlined Endicott's offense as he finished with 14 points during a 2-0 week, recording eight goals and six assists. The junior added six ground balls and two caused turnovers as well.

In a road win over Gordon, Fernandez scored his third hat trick of the season along with three assists.

Then versus Hartford, set a new career high in goals with five and points with eight as the Gulls improved to 10-1 on the season.

This is Fernandez's first career CCC Offensive Player of the Week award.
