BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott senior midfielder Joshua Heidrick (Littleton, Colo.) has earned New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) Academic All-New England honors, as announced by the organization earlier this week.

Members of the team are nominated by head coaches in NCAA Divisions 1, 2 and 3, and are comprised of student-athletes who have excelled both in the classroom and on the field over the course of their men's lacrosse career.

Forty-six student-athletes from 20 different NCAA Division 3 institutions met the criteria, which required that nominees must be of senior standing, bolster a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale, and be a significant enough student-athlete that he was nominated for at least All-Conference selection.

Heidrick, a marketing and entrepreneurship major at Endicott, recently graduated with a 3.41 GPA. Heidrick has also held internships at HireClix, CoAdvantage, and 3d Lacrosse, and has been an integral member of the program's work with Team IMPACT.

In addition to those merits, Heidrick was an influential member of Endicott's L.E.A.D. program throughout his career, a volunteer tour guide in the Endicott Admission's Office, and addressed the 2018 graduating class of student-athletes as a keynote speaker at the athletics department's award banquet along with Emily Sharpe (South Glens Falls, N.Y.) of the softball program.

On the field this season, Heidrick played in 17 out of 18 games on the schedule, dished out one assist, recorded 10 ground balls and caused four turnovers.
