Dan Szerlip completed his first season as an assistant coach with the Endicott men's ice hockey program in 2018-19.

Szerlip graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. While at Wentworth he played for the men's ice hockey team from 2013-14, where he was named to the ECAC All-Academic Team. Prior to that, he was a part of the men's ice hockey team at Concordia University Wisconsin (2012-13), where he was named an alternate captain as a freshman. 

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Szerlip also currently works as the Northeast Generals Assistant Coach/ Director of Player Development for Lovell Hockey.
