Ross Olsson Signs Amateur Tryout Contract With ECHL’s Worcester Railers

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's ice hockey forward Ross Olsson (Billerica, Mass.) has signed an amateur tryout contract (ATO) with the Worcester Railers of the ECHL. It was announced by the organization earlier today.

"Ross is a terrific person, he's relentlessly working to get better and a special offensive talent," said Endicott men's ice hockey head coach R.J. Tolan. "I'm excited for him to get an opportunity in Worcester."

In 94 career games for the Gulls (2015-19), Olsson compiled 55 goals and 79 assists for 134 points. He also registered 23 power play goals, three shorthanded tallies, and six game-winning goals.

Olsson currently ranks first all-time in program history in points, assists, and power play goals. He also is second in points per game (1.43), goals, goals per game (0.59), and game-winning goals, third in assists per game (0.84) and shorthanded goals, and sixth in games played.
