HARRISVILLE, R.I. – The Endicott men's ice hockey team fell to No. 15 nationally ranked Nichols College, 5-2, on Friday night in conference action at Levy Rink.
Nichols jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the contest before Endicott finally broke up the shutout at the 4:44 mark of the third period on Josh Bowes' (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) team-leading fifth goal of the season.
The Gulls then cut into the deficit at 4-2 only 20-seconds later via a tally from Luke Rodgers (Clarkston, Mich.), but it wasn't enough as Nichols added one more score with 59-seconds to play in the contest to lock up the win.
