BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott junior defenseman Logan Day (Seminole, Fla.) has been named to the D3hockey.com Team of the Week, as announced by the organization earlier today.
The D3hockey.com Team of the Week honors the best performances among the nation throughout the NCAA Division III hockey landscape. D3hockey.com Team of the Week nominees are submitted by their college's Sports Information Directors and selected upon by the D3hockey.com Staff.
Day earned his D3hockey.com Team of the Week honor by registering five points in a 2-0-0 overall week (2-0-0 CCC) for the Gulls in games played from October 30 to November 5. In those contests, Day scored one goal in each victory against Wentworth, including the game-winner on November 2, dished out three assists, blocked two shots and produced a plus-4 rating.
This week's D3hockey.com national weekly honor is the second of Day's career (2/22/17).
