Gulls Finish Third at UNE Invitational

KENNEBUNKPORT, Maine - In their final tune up before the NEIGA Championship, the Endicott golf team finished third at the UNE Invitational. Competing on the 5,859 yard, par 69 Cape Arundel Golf Club, the Gulls finished behind the University of Southern Maine and the University of New England to claim third in the six team field.

Leading the way for Endicott was sophomore Jack Bushee (Bennington, Vt.) who fired a round of 77 to finish tied for seventh in the 30 man field. Finishing tied for tenth was freshman Clark Brown (Stowe, Vt.) as he posted a round of 79.

Junior Ronan Lucey (Bow, N.H.) closed with a round of 82 to finish in a tie for 16th overall. Just on his heels were Thomas Lawry (Westfield, Mass.) and Dylan Seeber (New Hartford, N.Y.) as the two recorded rounds of 83 and 84, respectively.

WHAT'S NEXT

The Gulls will wrap up their fall season at the NEIGA Championship on October 19-21. The championship will be played at The Captains Golf Club in Brewster, Mass.
