CCC MEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK RELEASE
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott sophomore Christopher Billings (Portland, Maine) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Men's Golfer of the Week for the first time in his career, as announced by the league office yesterday.
Last weekend at the two-day Bowdoin Invitational, Billings earned medalist honors by shooting a weekend total of 145 (72/73) to finish two strokes ahead of the entire field (59 golfers) and lead the Gulls to a second place finish as a team.
Billings has now been honored by the CCC three times in his career as he claimed two Rookie of the Week accolades (9/08/15, 9/15/15) last season.
