BEVERLY, MA - The Endicott College men's golf team had a strong showing at the Nichols College Invitational finishing in sixth place.
The Gulls were led by Alex Lawner (Hollis, NH) who finished in a tie for 16 place overall as he shot an 85. Nick Turczak (Housatonic, MA) shot 86 to finish tied for 21st, while Peter Weatherby (Portsmouth, RI) and finished tied for 26th, just one shot back of Turczack at 87.
Mike Desrosiers (Granby, MA) and Jerry Miceli (South Windsor, CT) rounded out the scoring for EC finishing 35th and 42nd and shooting 90 and 94 respectivly.
Endicott will next head to Essex Country Club for the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships on Tuesday October 17, 2006.
