Profile: Ross is the lone
senior on this year's team. He is an outstanding defender, and a
dangerous shooter from behind the arc. Fully recovered from a foot
injury, he should be a major contributor for the Gulls in his final
season. As a Junior: Averaged 12.3 minutes and 4.4
points per game. Slowed by a foot injury during the last half of
the season. Scored 11 points in back-to-back games against Anna
Maria College and WNEC in January. As a Sophomore:
Averaged 13.7 minutes and 5.4 points per game. Led the team and was
second in the CCC in 3-Pt FG Pct at 52.1%. Hit three 3-Pt field
goals against Curry College in conference semi-final game February
22. As a Freshman: Played in 11 games, averaging
5.2 minutes per game. In High School: Ross
attended East Lake High School in Palm Harbor, Florida. He
captained the basketball team his junior and senior years, and
averaged 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists as a senior.
Personal: Ross is the son of Cindy and Charles
Stewart. He is a sport management major.
