Thirteenth Straight Propels Endicott To The Conference Championship

The Endicott Gulls advanced to the finals of the CCC tournament with a 73-60 victory over the visitors from Roger Williams University. Endicott jumped out to a 27-9 lead with solid defense both in the full and half court, which forced 19 Roger Williams turnovers for the game. By halftime the Gulls had built a comfortable 44-21 cushion, that they never relinqished despite 21 turnovers of their own and 52% foul shooting for the game.

The victors got 25 points and 6 rebounds from Nemanja Marinkovic. Jeremy Currier contributed 15 points and 4 rebounds, while Matt George added 13 points 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

Three players scored in double figures for RWU: Brandon Parrish 14, Ryan Keaton 12 and Brian Scharrenweber 10. Roger Williams struggled all night shooting only 36% from the field, including 17% from the arc.

Endicott takes the floor Saturday night at home against Colby-Sawyer at 7pm. The Gulls hope to avenge earlier season losses to CSC in the rematch of the last year's conference championship.
