Title: Assistant Coach

Emily Paladino '17 M'18 enters her fifth season as an assistant coach with the Endicott field hockey program in the 2023-24 academic year.

Paladino has spent many years around the game, serving in various capacities, including as a coach and a student-athlete. She was the club coach for the U14 Team at Danvers Indoor Sports, coached the Revolution Overnight Camp at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, the high school fitness and field hockey coach at Speed Demon Sports Camp in North Reading, Massachusetts, and a field hockey coach at the Babson Field Hockey Camp. 

Meanwhile, during her four years at Endicott, Paladino was a defender and a two-time captain for the program. She still ranks tied for 10th all-time in defensive saves, earned three Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Academic All-Conference honors, was selected to three National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Academic Squads in her career, claimed numerous Dean's List and Endicott Academic Varsity Club citations, and was a member of the Endicott Education Club and Kappa Delta Pi Education International Honor Society.

As a team, the Gulls posted an overall record of 47-35 and a 32-16 mark in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC).

In addition to her current duties as an Endicott assistant coach, Paladino also serves as the club coach for the U14-U16 teams for Seacoast United.
