Chris Drew
Title: Assistant Coach
Chris Drew enters his second season as an assistant coach with the Endicott field hockey program in the 2020-21 academic year.

Most recently, Drew worked as an assistant coach at perennial Massachusetts powerhouse Andover High School. Coming off an undefeated state championship season in 2017, Drew helped Andover finish as the MIAA Division I North finalist in 2018. Drew also helped create and implement practice plans, player development,  and acted as the program's lead scout.

Prior to his time at Andover, Drew spent three seasons as the head coach at Haverhill High School. Drew led the Hillies to new heights over his three-year mark. In his first season as head coach (2015), the Hillies won the program's first-ever Merrimack Valley Conference Championship in school history. Additionally, Haverhill made the MIAA state field hockey tournament for the first time in 19 years, finishing with an overall record of 10-7-1. An incredible turnaround from a previous two-win season. In his three seasons, Drew guided nine players to the Merrimack Valley All-Conference First Team and five players to the Second Team.

From 2013-15, Drew served as the JV head coach and varsity assistant at North Reading High School.

Drew also coached with the Danvers Indoor Sports (DIS) Club. In that position, Drew coached U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16, and U-19 club teams to numerous successes at New England regional club tournaments. He also led various clinics, camps and training sessions with the program.

Drew will graduate from Salem State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
